Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: June 6, 2026. We review this page periodically and will note material changes here.
This disclosure is made in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255).
1. We may earn compensation
Some links on CPAZenith are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and take a qualifying action — such as signing up for a trial, purchasing a subscription, or completing a referral — CPAZenith may receive a commission or referral fee from the linked provider. There is no extra cost to you.
2. Where this applies
- Accounting and bookkeeping software: links to providers such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, NetSuite, Sage, and similar tools.
- Payroll and HR platforms we link to in articles, learn paths, or resource pages.
- Professional referrals: when you submit a consultation request that we route to a participating professional — see our Lead & Referral Disclosure.
- Other linked services that occasionally appear in our editorial content; we add an inline label where the relationship is material.
3. How it influences our content
Editorial judgments — which products we cover, what we say about them, and where they place in a comparison — are made independently of commission rates. We try to recommend tools that are genuinely useful for accounting and small-business workflows. A commission relationship is not, by itself, an endorsement.
4. How to identify affiliate links
Where reasonably practical, affiliate links are marked inline (for example, "affiliate" tags, "sponsored" labels, or contextual notes). Where the entire page or section is monetized through affiliate links, that fact is disclosed at the top or bottom of the page.
5. Pricing and offers
Promo codes, prices, and offers from third parties can change without notice. Confirm current pricing and terms on the provider's own site before you commit.
